Videos Duties Responsible for overall management of the Directorate of MWR Business Operations Division inclusive of:
Clubs, Food, Beverage, Entertainment, Bowling, Golf, Rod and Gun Clubs, contracted business operations, Hunting and Fishing, and Sport Shooting.
May coordinate with officials responsible for AAFES at the garrison level to ensure compliance with primacy topics, minimize unproductive competition, and ensure responsible agency has first right.
Provides sound leadership and supervision to ensure attainment of the established objectives of the division.
Directs, develops, and administers plans and procedures; implements, enforces, and ensures compliance with regulations to provide aggressive community business operations which meet the needs and interests of the military community.
Reviews program priorities and develops five-year plan with Capitol Purchase Minor Construction and annual Operating Budget covering projected programs of division resources.
Develops and/or recommends methods, operations, and programs to ensure profitable business activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required.
Required to file a Confidential Statement of Affiliations and Financial Interest in accordance with requirements of DODD 5500.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:
Work experience directing/managing one or more DMWR Business Operations activities, or similar civilian operation, for at least one year.
HIGHLY PREFERRED QUALIFYING CRITERIA:
One year prior working experience managing a Food and Beverage Operation.
OR One year prior working experience managing a Golf Course Operation.
Education This position does not entail a positive education requirement.
